1. Ordering information
Postage and packing charges
Prices exclude postage and packing fees; please notice the following charges that must be added to ALL orders:
- Inside Russia: 100 рублей
- CIS States (Baltic States, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan etc): 4 EUR
- Europe: 5 EUR (7 EUR for 3-5 CDs, 9 EUR for 6-10 CDs, more – ask us)
- Asia: 6 EUR (+10 EUR for 3-5 CDs, 13 EUR for 6-10 CDs, more – ask us)
- North & South America: 6EUR (8 EUR for 3-5 CDs, 10 EUR for 6-10 CDs, more – ask us)
Please note that we cannot be held for any packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like your order sending by registered mail, please inform us for a price!
Order cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order please inform us within 24 hours after having made the order!
If you decide to cancel your order and your payment via the Internet was already made AND if you informed us within 24 hours after making the order, we will return your money.
However we will be obliged to deduct 5% of the total value of the order - this is to cover Paypal fees incurred for each transaction.

Payments inside Russia:
Мы принимаем оплату посредством электронных и почтовых переводов. Первый способ наиболее быстрый и эффективный – за небольшую комиссию необходимая сумма будет перечислена уже в течение одного - двух дней.
С наложенным платежом не работаем.

Total cost in Euros can be sent by registered mail; please note that we do not advise this method and are not responsible for any payment lost or stolen by the postal system. If in doubt, ask us for advice!

If you wish to use a bank transfer please contact us by e-mail.

Paypal is the fastest and most convenient form of payment for European and American customers. Please confirm the order with us before sending any payments!

Returns policy
We do not accept returns unless the item in question is faulty, in which case we ask you to return the goods to us (preferably by registered mail) for a replacement or full refund.
